Designing a lab

One of our tasks was to design a Computer Lab for a School
Here's the image of my final layout. It took a bit of effort to come up with the idea, and I eventually chose the semi-circular layout because that way, the student can see the teacher clearly all the time.

One of our tasks was to do some research on a computer component. I was assigned to the USB Flash Drive.

Doing this research was fun because, together, as a class we did an extensive research on the components of a computer. This was completed easily because each of us had our own component to work on.

Mastering the Slide Master

PowerPoint was one of the aspects of our IGCSE ICT curriculum so far. Most of us were already used to making PPTs, and we did know about the existence of a tool called "Slide Master". However, there were very few people who had actually used it effectively before.
Learning about the Slide Master helped me become more adept at creating presentations on Microsoft Office PowerPoint. We used the tool to make logos, headers, footers, and other types of formats.

ICT IGCSE: An introduction

Hey everyone! I'm Ankoor Apte, and I am a student of Oberoi International School, Mumbai. I am a 9th Grade student. At the beginningn of 9th grade, I was required to choose my subjects for the IGCSE Program. I chose ICT because I wanted to know about computers, as I did not have too much background in the subject already. And in my opinion, in this day and age, it is essential to know the basics of the computer system. This is because computers are used in most fields today.
